- Maintain Transparency: We update our privacy policies and notifications with clear and transparent information about our use of AI, including ensuring that any public-facing AI tools (such as chatbots) are clearly identified as such to users.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of personal information input into AI systems and the outputs generated by AI, with appropriate human oversight to verify accuracy.
- Implement Security Measures: We assess potential security risks associated with AI systems and implement measures to detect and protect against threats and attacks.

We do not enter personal information, particularly sensitive information, into publicly available generative AI tools, due to the significant and complex privacy risks involved.
